Come to the Power Animal Workshop. Power Animals play an important part in our lives and spiritual paths, giving us guidance and knowledge and different strengths to help us in our daily lives. In this workshop you will learn who your Power Animal is and how it is going to help you. The attributes your Power Animal will offer you will be beneficial in your everyday life and also as you work spiritually. Meet your Power Animal at a deeper level and discover how you are going to work together. It may help you with journeying, meditation, with healing yourself. Your Animal may brings strengths into your character. First, during this workshop I will drum you into a Shamanic Journey to the Lower World to meet your Power Animal and then we will work deeply with them to understand why that particular power animal has chosen you. Also you will learn how to create a Power Animal altar to honour your new animal guide  .

• Please bring with you a cushion, blanket, a scarf or bandana for covering eyes while journeying/meditating.
• A note book and pen.
• Tea and coffee will be provided in the break.
